selfsin-deactivated20120821 asked: i think its great that you don't count calories :)

awhiee, thank you xoxo :)<3

Anonymous asked: Do you ever have a day out of the blue where you end up binging the entire day?
Or cheat the entire day?
If so, what do you do afterwards?

No, usually I cheat afterschool when I get home cause I get bored, but lately ive been doing good, and if I binge I just keep doing what I do everyother day, but with some extra strength training, might not do much, idk, but it makes me feel better

Anonymous asked: how many calories do you try to eat each day? and how long for excercise? i hate working outt so its hard for me to keep doing it.

honestly, I dont count calories. And I exercise anywhere between 20-60 minutes a day, I change it up. One day Ill just run, the next ill run and do strenth trainingg

healthiness-ishappiness asked: it's me again! haha i just started my motivation blog so i can stop going anonymous :) um! i definitlyyy eat worse on the weekends girl! my boyfriend stays over and he has such bad eating patters, and if i say no to Mcdonalds he gets mad and accuses me of having an eating disorder hahah so it's definitely harder to stay on track. you're doing the right thing by running, it's the best way to shred pounds! especially if you follow each run with crunches- it's amazing. i love your determination! :)

I always want to binge on the weekends! Itsso bad, I see all the brownies and stuff, and im just like GIMMIE. Did you stomach flatten out when you lost the weight, im scared ill lose all this weight, and ill still have a flabby stomach!

Anonymous asked: it's me again :) ask all the questions you want! haha ok so every morning i try to start my day with oatmeal and an orange because it's healthy and really energizing, i always follow breakfast with a workout of some kind even if it's only 10 minutes, getting your blood flowing in the morning makes you lose more weight all day! then i usually have a banana and a cheese stick for a snack, then lunch i'll have a can of low-cal progresso soup, then have another snack of something else nutritious and light like a yogurt, fruit, some granola, almonds are a must, then dinner it's always something fun :) like veggie stir fry! that's my all time favorite. but the important thing is to mix it up so eating healthy doesn't get boring! since i'm so big on junk food i DO allow myself to cheat if i'm craving too terribly. however, the trick to cheating is instead of indulging in that burrito from taco bell (mmm) just eat half! of have a small piece of chocolate instead of the full bar. cheating in the right proportions never hurt anybody! i drink A LOT of water, like a gallon a day, and when i'm not drinking water i'm drinking green tea, that helps a lot. as for workouts at the gym i like to mix it up so my body doesn't get too used to one thing but the main protocol i follow is 30 minutes cardio, then 15 minute weight training ( i usually focus on legs and abs) then 30 minutes of a different cardio machine followed by another 15 minutes of weight training and if you still have anything in you, i usually end with more cardio or yoga as a cool down. it's SO effective to work your muscles while they're heated up from cardio. and as for weighing myself, i only do it once a week, usually Fridays before the weekend hits haha i used to weight myself every day and because a body does fluctuate sooo much, i would beat myself up over like half a pound, so once a week keeps me non-obsessed and lets me have a healthier mind set :) omg im sorry that was so long! if you want my personal tumblr and ever wanna talk i can message you my link :) i still struggle a lot but i love to have people to talk to who are going through the same process as me! goodluck with everything <33

so helpful<3 Like I run everyday, and sometimes do it strength training! I always feel like its not enough though, maybe im just impatientt! Do you eat worse during the weekend not basd but not as good? cause I always find it harder on the weekends! I have more questions, but I think of them and then forget them, typical me! LMAO! Youre being so helpful, thank you so much! so so much! <3

I love thinspo stories,

ones with people who eat healthy and exercise, theyre seriously my favorite, love you guys<3

Anonymous asked: i've always felt held down by my weight, i've always been taller and bigger than other girls my ENTIRE life. I also lived with a morbidly obese mother who would probably have died if she didn't undergo gastric bypass. Every time a relationship ended, in my head i would blame it on my weight even if that wasn't the case. This year however, i decided that i was done being defined by my weight and i was determined to fix it. January 1st i weight 180 pounds and i'm 5'7. I challenged myself to burn off 600-1,000 calories at the gym five or six days a week and the days i didn't go i would do jillian michaels yoga at home. I also cut my calories down to 1,200 a dayy! Now for a girl who loves chips, sandwhiches and big macs more than anything, choosing a fruit salad over junk food has been such a hard task, but i've stuck to it. I didn't want to give up on myself just because other people have. And you know what? i'm SO proud of myself, the last time i weighed myself on 4/21 i weighed 149 pounds. i've lost 30 pounds since january, the healthy way, i never once threw up my food or starved myself. I feel confident for the first time in my life. I know that happiness is not defined through appearances but i have to say, i've grown so much through this process. I've learned that i'm a beautiful person inside AND outside, i've also learned how strong i am and how much determination i have. If you knew me six months ago, you would know how much i hated myself and now i LOVE myself. for everything i've discovered about myself . i love your blog girl and i know you can do it. never give up- you are strong! i hope this little story can help someone out, keep up the good work xoxo<3

YAAAYYY! congrats, seriously so pround of you! I hope you dont mind but im about to ask 394583873 million questions (; Like wat you eat everyday, and how often do you ‘cheat’? What kind of workouts do you do at the gym? How often do you weight yourself like everyday, or once a week? Oh and how much water do you drink in a day? I love inspirational stories, they remind me that I can do it, just like SO many others have. 30 poundsw since january is amazing! Im hoping to get down to a size where Im happy, cause I dont really have a goal weight, just to be curvy, but have a flat stomachh. LOVE YOUR STORY xoxo :)<3
